Preview the Idiot
Tonight the Theatre & Dance department will put on a free preview of their upcoming play, a stage version of Dostoevsky’s “The Idiot”. The book itself is a heavy reading, addressing issues of corruption and greed in 19th century Russia. I can only guess what the play will offer, but the preview should be a great introduction to the story.
Feb. 26, 8 p.m.
Oscar G. Brockett Theatre, in the Winship building
The performances will run February 27, 28 & March 5, 6, 7 at 8:00 p.m. and
March 1, 7, 8 at 2:00 p.m. in the Oscar G. Brockett Theatre.
Student tickets are available for $15 at utpac.org

Heavy reading no doubt. That book took me the better part of 3 straight months. Glad I made it through though, an interesting read…and I’m sure will be an interesting show…
